NEW ONLINE REGISTRATION

Dear Parent/ Guardian,
The Athletic Department at Loyalsock Township School District is excited to announce that it now hosts our Pre-Participation Athletic Forms online with BigTeams. This digital platform will allow you, and your student(s), to complete and access athletic forms via computer, tablet, or mobile phone. It is HIPAA, COPPA and FERPA compliant. A link to the privacy policy is located at the bottom of the Sign in page at www.planeths.com.
Students and parents must have separate accounts for electronically signing the documents necessary for participation in sports.
Student accounts have been automatically created. Log in information for those accounts will be the students LTSD email (eg. 22lastname.firstname@loyalsocklancers.net) and the PW "bigteams". Students will be REQUIRED to log in (or have a parent log in for them) using the above credentials to sign and initial athletic forms. They are also able to link
